My story

How I Discover That I Had Diabetes

Like 99 % of population in the world, I navigated life without much thought about what I ate. Burgers, fries, and sweets were my go-to comfort foods, unaware of their impact on my health. Then, one day, a sudden trip to the hospital unveiled the harsh reality: high blood sugar levels. Shock and fear gripped me as I learned I had diabetes.

The diagnosis was a wake-up call, a stark reminder that ignorance can't shield us from the consequences of our actions.
